OKYO Pharma Ltd, which is developing a treatment for dry eye disease and ocular pain, has announced plans to list its stock in the US.
The company said it hasn’t yet decided the number of American depositary shares it will sell, their price or the exact date of the Nasdaq IPO.
However, it confirmed it had filed the Form F-1 with the US Securities and Exchange Commission that will allow it to pull the trigger on the dual quote.
US boutique investment bank ThinkEquity will act as the sole book-running manager for the offering of new US shares.
