Apollon Formularies PLC (AQSE:APOL)’s chief operating officer Stene Jacobs and Thokozani Shongwe, the CEO of Tri-Medi-Medi Canna joined Proactive's Stephen Gunnion with details of a joint venture between the two companies that will target the African cannabis market.
Jacobs telling Proactive that the JV is a big step in Apollon's plans to reach global markets, emulating its model in Jamaica.
Shongwe added that the deal supports an "African solution" in pharmaceutical cannabis.
