Coro Energy Plc has announced the restructuring of its secured notes with Lombard Odier Asset Management, extending maturity by two years to April 2024.
The agreed restructuring will also see the company remove all further cash interest payments on the Notes prior to the Maturity Date whilst increasing the coupon on the Notes to 10%. Coro will be required to repay the capital and rolled up interest in the event of a sale of the company’s interest in the Duyung PSC, and, thereafter distribute 20% of remaining net proceeds to noteholders.
