What is K-Pop?

The merchandising agreement for KPOP.Flex, which will be held in Frankfurt on 14 and 15 May, is with KPE (the 50% owned subsidiary of Live Company) and Nylon.

Through the deal, 75% of the net profit from merchandise sales at the festival, online, and offsite will go to Live Company with the remaining 25% to Nylon, while intellectual property remains with the entertainment provider.

The brand names and associated logos of KPOP.Flex and Flexey for manufacturing, advertising, and selling were awarded to Nylon.

“Nylon are a world-class merchandising firm who work with some of the most famous artists in the music business and I look forward to working with them on KPOP.Flex and beyond,” David Ciclitira, Live Company chairperson, said.
