Live Company Group PLC (AIM:LVCG) signed a deal to allow Nylon Merchandising Ltd to sell the merch at Europe’s largest ever K-Pop concert in May (read more).
What is K-Pop?
The merchandising agreement for KPOP.Flex, which will be held in Frankfurt on 14 and 15 May, is with KPE (the 50% owned subsidiary of Live Company) and Nylon.
Through the deal, 75% of the net profit from merchandise sales at the festival, online, and offsite will go to Live Company with the remaining 25% to Nylon, while intellectual property remains with the entertainment provider.
The brand names and associated logos of KPOP.Flex and Flexey for manufacturing, advertising, and selling were awarded to Nylon.
