Marvel Discovery Corp CEO Karim Rayani joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news the company now has TSX Venture Exchange approval to proceed with an assumption agreement whereby District 1 Exploration was granted sole and exclusive right and option to acquire a 100% interest in the Highway North Property in Saskatchewan. Rayani telling Proactive the property is located 70km southwest of the former producing Key Lake Uranium Mine and consists of five contiguous claims totalling 2,573 hectares.
