Powerhouse Energy Group PLC (AIM:PHE, ETR:BT81) has agreed to extend the availability period for the loan facility it provided to Protos Plastics to Hydrogen No. 1 Limited.
The loan facility for the special purpose vehicle (SPV) has been extended until 31 August 2022 to support the expected time frames for negotiation and completion of contractual arrangements by the SPV that are required for the commencement of the first build at Protos, in the UK.

CentralNic PLC has continued its acquisition programme with the purchase of Germany-based VGL, an online marketer used by many of the country’s leading e-commerce businesses.

San Leon Energy Plc gave investors a progress report in relation to the proposed transaction that will consolidate and simplify the company’s interests in the OML 18 asset, in Nigeria, and said it is expecting to have AIM admission documentation for the deal and the company’s restoration for trading by the end of April.
San Leon noted that progress is being made between the parties to the transaction, including efforts to conclude off-take and financing arrangements. Further extensions to payment waivers have been granted by San Leon.
