Panthera Resources PLC (AIM:PAT), a gold explorer and developer, said its Bassala exploration licence in southwestern Mali has been extended for a further three years.
Earlier this month, the company reported positive results from Stage 2 drilling at the gold project.

Significant and widespread new gold discoveries were made at Bassala from two successful drill campaigns in late 2021, said managing director Mark Bolton.
“We thank our partners, employees and the government of Mali for their efforts and ongoing support of the company's investments in the local gold mining sector," he added.
