Power Metal Resources interests supported as United States Geological Survey updated critical minerals list

The influential US list is typically published every three years.

Power Metal Resources PLC (AIM:POW) has highlighted that it has exposure to multiple commodities listed on the United States Geological Survey's List of Critical Minerals, published earlier this week.

The company, in a statement, noted that the list is updated every three years and that the 2022 edition has included nickel and zinc.

In terms of Power Metal exposure to the list, it highlighted that tungsten was retained on the list – supporting the company’s interest in portfolio company Golden Metal Resources that is advancing the Pilot Mountain project in Nevada.

Across the Power Metal portfolio there’s also critical minerals like lithium (the Authier North Property located in Quebec and the Authier North Property located in Quebec), rare earth elements (Ditau property in Botswana and Selta project in Australia), platinum group metals (Molopo Farms in Botswana) and Nickel (Molopo Farms and Tati, both in Botswana, along with Haneti).
