Jangada Mines receives fifth tranche of shares in ValOre under Pedra Branca sale agreement

Penultimate share issuance follows strong growth in Valore shares over the last six months

Jangada Mines PLC (AIM:JAN) has received the fifth tranche of 500,000 shares in ValOre Metals (TSX-V:VO), relating to the sale of its Pedra Branca platinum project in Brazil.

AIM-quoted Jangada agreed in 2019 to sell its interests in Pedra Branca to ValOre in a cash and shares deal, payable in several tranches.

All cash payments due to Jangada have been received, totalling C$3.0mln.

The final 500,000 ValOre shares with be paid in a final tranche in the next six months.

ValOre shares have grown 69.23% over the last six months, now sitting at C$0.44.

Jangada Mines was trading at 6.16p in opening deals this morning, a 5.3% rise on close yesterday.
