Christopher Bergstresser joins Proactive London to talk about Esports Mogul’s (ASX: ESH) expansion drive strategy in the video games sector.
Bergstresser joined Mogul’s board as a non-executive director during November following an extensive global search. He was then appointed executive director to lead the company’s 'buy and build strategy (merger and acquisition investments) in video games.
His vision is to leverage their existing technology whilst striving to build Mogul into the biggest video game holding company in the Southern Hemisphere.
Through the buy and build strategy, they plan to acquire profitable small to midsize mobile or PC games companies with strong founder lead teams, great IP, and engaged audiences to ensure future scalability and continuous growth. These may include existing or new business models - including fast growing play-to-earn games.
