Cypress Development CEO Dr Bill Willoughby joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news the company has entered into a Definitive Purchase Agreement with Enertopia Corporation to acquire te Clayton Valley Lithium Claystone Project which is located immediately adjacent to Cypress' Clayton Valley Lithium Project in Nevada. Willoughby telling Proactive this project now consolidates the area right next to their project and can be easily be integrated into its mine plan and it will potentially aid in optimization, and production schedule development for our upcoming Feasibility Study.
