Gamesquare Esports Inc said it has opened Fourth Frame Studios, a first-of-its-kind content production and creative execution studio at the intersection of gaming and culture. With former FaZe Clan vice president of content Oluwafemi "Femi" Okusanya at the helm, Gamesquare said the Los Angeles-based studio will develop creative content solutions for brands to reach the next generation of consumers. "We identified a gap in the market between high-end, strategic content production needs from brands and in-depth, in-house knowledge of how to stay relevant amongst hard-to-reach audiences such as gamers," Gamesquare CEO Justin Kenna said in a statement. Globex Mining Enterprises Inc told shareholders that it had received positive coverage from three of the largest data analytical firms. Analysts at Morningstar Inc gave Globex a $2.69 fair value estimate and said “Globex is valued at a 51% discount.” Meanwhile, on February 18, 2022, independent investment research firm CFRA rated Globex a “Strong Buy” and said "Globex’s overall score ranked in the third percentile of all stocks in the model universe. (1 = Best and 100 = Worst)” Finally, the Refinitiv Stock Reports gave Globex an Average Score of 10. “GMX is among an exclusive group of 103 stocks awarded our highest score of 10,” said the Refinitiv Stock Reports. Globex Mining holds a diversified North American portfolio of mid-stage exploration, development, and royalty properties containing precious metals base metals and specialty minerals.

Great Bear Resources Ltd has announced that Kinross Gold Corporation has completed the previously announced acquisition of the company by way of a plan of arrangement. "After their exciting and rewarding journey from acquisition through discovery, our shareholders and local stakeholders are now well-positioned to benefit from Kinross' development and operational expertise,” said Great Bear CEO Chris Taylor in a statement. “We look forward to following Kinross' progress as they advance one of Canada's best new gold discoveries towards what we believe will be one of Canada's best new gold mines. Gevo Inc announced that it has ended its 4Q 2021 with cash and equivalents of $475.8 million as the company continues to make progress on the design and engineering work related to its Net-Zero 1 Project. Gevo said as a result of its agreement and relationship with Axens, the company recently made the decision to utilize ethanol fermentation technology instead of isobutanol fermentation technology to produce sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) and other renewable hydrocarbon products at Net-Zero 1.

Healixa (OTC:EMOR) Inc said it has secured Indications of Interest (IOI) to order 1,000 Global AquaDuct units from WATERisLIFE for projects located in Central America. The IOI, representing approximately US$15 million, is the first IOI secured for Global AquaDuct units. WATERisLIFE works closely with non-profit partners, local governments, and community organizations to ensure that households, schools, orphanages, and medical facilities have access to safe water, sanitation, and hygiene programs. WATERisLIFE's goal is to provide 1 billion people safe drinking water. In a statement, Ian Parker, CEO of Healixa said: "This is an exciting initial indication for our Global AquaDuct product and begins to highlight the demand and need for this product. We are very grateful that WATERisLIFE has chosen our solution to assist them in their goal of bringing clean potable water throughout the world. We are eager to get these 1,000 units produced and help the people of Central America."

LQwD FinTech Corp has announced the strategic deployment of a routing node in the Indonesian capital, Jakarta, adding to recent deployments for its Lightning Network technology. "With a population of more than 260 million and over $50 billion crypto assets reportedly traded, Indonesia is one of the world's most valuable, untapped, emerging markets, with all the right dynamics for Lightning Network to excel," LQwD CEO Shone Anstey said in a statement. "Recently, the Indonesia Commodity Futures Trading Supervisor Agency (CoFTRA) announced acceptance to trade in over 200 cryptocurrencies, which will help pave the way for Lightning Network to become one of Indonesia's preferred platforms for micro-payments and other transactions'" he added. Including its recent node launch in Singapore and Germany, the Vancouver, British Columbia-based company said 127 nodes have interconnected with more than 130 transaction channels, routing approximately 10 Bitcoin through its connected channels since launching its first Lightning Network node in late November 202.

American Resources Corporation (NASDAQ:AREC) has announced that its American Rare Earth subsidiary is furthering its feasibility study of the lithium, cobalt, and rare earth elements present in its various deposits among its 20,000 controlled acres in Central Appalachia. The company said the lands have demonstrated the potential to contain lithium and cobalt as part of its overall mix of elements, primarily through coal waste deposits and waste streams that possess other favorable cost attributes when processed with its patented electrolysis technology. American Rare Earth will utilize its "process" technology (electrolysis) to extract the lithium, cobalt, and rare earth elements from its controlled feedstocks and then purify these elements via its patented chromatography technology at its initial facility in Noblesville, Indiana.

Potent Ventures Inc. (CSE:POT) said it has established a partnership with The Bee Conservancy, forming the foundation for its purpose-driven endangered Keystone Species product marketing strategy for The Gummy Project's initial gummy product line, featuring bees and sharks. "Our new partnership with The Bee Conservancy is fundamental to the Gummy Project's commitment to helping raise awareness of endangered species that are crucial to the world's ecosystems," said Charlie Lamb, CEO of Potent Ventures in a statement. Thunderbird Entertainment Group Inc (TSX-V:TBRD, OTCQX:THBRF) saw its fiscal 2Q 2022 revenue grow by 18% year-over-year to $33 million as its production services continue to grow. For the three-month period ended December 31, 2021, the Canadian entertainment company reported $33 million in revenue compared to $28 million in the same year-ago quarter. Thunderbird attributed the increase to growth in production service projects, partially offset by a decrease in intellectual property revenues, which it said was “due to timing.”

Sigma Lithium Corp (TSX-V:SGML, OTCQB:SGMLF, NASDAQ:SGML) said it has been recognized as a top 50 stock in Bank of America Securities Global Research's '50 Stocks for 10 Scarcity Themes'. The company said the report highlights it as one of only a few companies expected to supply additional lithium to the global markets in the near term. Sigma Lithium owns and operates the Grota do Cirilo project in Brazil and is currently in construction of its "Greentech" commercial production plant.

ESE Entertainment Inc has said its unaudited revenue in the fourth quarter of its fiscal year 2021 jumped nearly 3,018% year-over-year led by organic growth in its existing assets and ability to attract and retain clients. The Europe-focused entertainment and technology company reported annual consolidated revenue in fiscal 2021 of CA$11.38 million, an increase of 2,818% from CA$0.39 million in FY 2020 for the 12 months ended October 31, 2020. For its fiscal 2Q quarter ended December 31, 2021, Esports Entertainment reported net revenue of CA$14.5 million, compared to CA$12.2 million in the 2Q in fiscal year 2021.

East Side Games Group (TSX:EAGR, OTCQB:EAGRF) Inc (ESGG) has announced a multi-year partnership with ViacomCBS Consumer Products (VCP) for the worldwide release of a 'Star Trek: Lower Decks'-themed mobile game on iOS and Android. "The Star Trek franchise has had an unmistakable influence on adults and children alike for over 50 years. Being able to bring such a storied franchise to mobile in our trademark idle-game style is an honour for us here at ESGG," the company's chief executive officer Darcy Taylor said in a statement. "We're looking forward to sharing this new experience in the Star Trek franchise with everyone from new audiences to Star Trek super fans. This new mobile game is another top-tier IP franchise that will only add to an already exciting launch slate in 2022," he added.

Thesis Gold Inc (TSX-V:TAU) has told investors that confirmation and expansion drilling at the Thesis III zone at its Ranch gold project in British Columbia’s Golden Horseshoe has returned better-than-expected results, with the recent discovery of the West Zone increasing its belief in the robust prospectivity of the Ranch property. Announcing the balance of drilling results from the Thesis III zone, completed during the inaugural drill program at the Ranch project, Thesis said drill hole 21TH3DD005 returned 33.13 metres (m) core length of 17.49 grams per tonne (g/t) gold at the prospect, including 4.80m of 110.90 g/t gold. Drill hole 21TH3DD009 returned 28.22m of 2.61 g/t gold, including 14m of 4.79 g/t gold. "We are very pleased with the results of the 2021 drill program at the Thesis III zone,” the company’s president and CEO Ewan Webster said in a statement.

American Manganese Inc said it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Zenith Chemical Corporation to develop a strategic expansion plan targeted at Asia's lithium-ion battery recycling market. The Surrey, British Columbia-based critical metals company noted that Zenith is an existing producer of high purity nickel sulphate for the lithium-ion battery supply chain and aims to expand its business into battery recycling and high-value cathode precursor materials. Its existing nickel processing plant in Taiwan can produce up to 45,000 tons per year of nickel sulphate. Under the MOU, American Manganese said it plans to produce high-nickel cathode precursors, such as NMC811 and NMC9x, at the existing pilot and demonstration plant scale.

Plurilock Security Inc said it has won an award for its DEFEND zero trust identity solution at the Gold Globee Awards. The company was named as a Gold Globee winner for the ‘Hot Security Technology of the Year’ award, in the artificial intelligence (AI) in security category, for its newly released v5.6.1 of Plurilock DEFEND. "Plurilock is proud to be recognized as an industry leader, creating zero trust identity solutions that protect enterprises from the growing cyber threat," Plurilock CEO Ian L Paterson said in a statement.

Tartisan Nickel Corp said it has acquired an additional 27 claims contiguous to its Kenbridge nickel-copper deposit in northwest Ontario. The Toronto-based company noted that the total property size now consists of 142 patented and unpatented staked units covering 2,637 hectares. The claims were acquired as part of its strategy to assess promising environments on strike of the Kenbridge Nickel Deposit. "The company is formulating an exploration plan to encompass these newly acquired claims in the upcoming 2022 fieldwork program,” the company’s president and CEO Mark Appleby said in a statement.

Mednow Inc (TSX-V:MNOW, OTCQB:MDNWF), the Canadian virtual pharmacy, has revealed its annual revenue forecasts for the 2022 and 2023 calendar years that highlighted strong growth driven by its pharmacy services. The firm is forecasting full-year 2022 revenue of between C$42.5 million to $47.5 million, with pharmacy services contributing around $42 million and the rest from doctor services. For the 2023 calendar year, Mednow is forecasting revenue between C$105 million to $110 million, again driven by pharmacy services.

Looking Glass Labs Ltd (LGL) announced that it has entered into a letter of intent (LOI) to acquire the Development Division of LACA Solutions Corporation. The company said the acquisition provides it with experienced, turnkey human capital to scale its metaverse development, play-to-earn (P2E) gaming, and non-fungible token (NFT) design initiative.

Belmont Resources Inc (TSX-V:BEA) has announced the latest batch of assay results from the Belmont-Marquee Resources Lone Star copper-gold project joint venture (JV) in Washington State, which include 4.9 metres (m) of 7.9 grams per tonne (g/t) gold and 17.7m of 2.8 g/t gold. The company said a new high-grade gold zone has been identified within the Lone Star deposit, which is believed to exist as a result of multiple different mineralization events. “Identifying new gold zones has the potential to add significant value to our upcoming Preliminary Economic Assessment of the Lone Star deposit,” Belmont Resources CEO, George Sookochoff, said in a statement.

Marble Financial Inc has said Lendforall.ca, a leading business and consumer loan provider based in Canada, has launched the company’s proprietary Marble Connect Application Programming Interface (API) on its platform. The launch follows an announcement in November last year that Marble Financial had signed a licensing agreement with Lendforall. "We are pleased to announce the launch of our proprietary Marble Connect API on Lendforall as they are the first lending network to launch our API," Doug Tanner, Marble's VP of Business and Corporate Development, said in a statement.

Valeo Pharma Inc has told investors that its two innovative asthma therapies, Atectura Breezhaler and Enerzair Breezehaler have been accepted for reimbursement by the Ontario Drug Benefit program, the Manitoba Pharmacare Program, the New Brunswick Drug plan, and the Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) and Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC) federal programs. The Kirkland, Quebec-headquartered company noted that the public reimbursments are now in effect except for the Ontario listing which takes effect on February 28, 2022. The listings are now published on the Ontario Drug Benefit Formulary, the Manitoba Drug Benefits Formulary and New Brunswick Drug Plans Formulary, it added.

Cabral Gold Inc (TSX-V:CBR) has unveiled positive metallurgical results for the MG deposit that returned up to 97% gold recoveries over 48 hours. Bottle roll tests of all six of the soil, colluvium blanket and basement saprolite samples had recoveries exceeding 90% regardless of grade, according to the Vancouver-based company. CEO Alan Carter called the results from the target on the company’s Cuiú Cuiú property in northern Brazil “highly encouraging.” In a statement, Carter said: “The next step is to subject the samples to column leach tests, and those results should be available during May."

SPYR (OTCQB:SPYR) Inc, doing business as SPYR Technologies, announced that its subsidiary Applied Magix Inc has opened for pre-orders of its new MagixStatus cables. “While we are ramping up production and waiting for the final packaging to be delivered, we wanted to open up pre-sales for our newest, most exciting new product, the MagixStatus cables,” said Applied Magix CEO Harald Zink in a statement. He added: “These are truly the better mousetrap of charging cables, and we are set to have the first shipment delivered within 30 days.”

Cypress Development Corp (TSX-V:CYP, OTCQB:CYDVF) has announced that, together with its wholly-owned subsidiary Cypress Holdings (Nevada) Ltd, it has entered into a definitive purchase and sale agreement to acquire Enertopia Corporation’s Clayton Valley Lithium Claystone Project, located adjacent to its own Clayton Valley lithium asset in Nevada. Under the transaction, Cypress said it will pay US$1.1 million in cash and issue 3 million common shares to Enertopia for 100% ownership interest in Enertopia’s project. “We are excited to consolidate Enertopia’s project with our project, as it will add upside, and can easily be integrated into our mine plan,” Cypress Development president and CEO Bill Willoughby said in a statement.

Newrange Gold Corp has announced the closing of the first tranche of a non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of $408,100 consisting of 5,830,332 non-flow-through (NFT) units at a price of $0.07 per unit. Each NFT unit consists of one common share of the company and one-half share purchase warrant. Each NFT warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share at an exercise price of $0.12 at any time until February 23, 2024. Proceeds will be used for general working capital and for continued surface exploration on the Pamlico project in Nevada. The company also announced a parallel non-brokered flow-through private placement for gross proceeds of up to $1.5 million consisting of 15,000,000 flow-through (FT) of the company at a price of $0.10 per FT unit

Group Eleven Resources Corp said it has closed its non-brokered private placement, initially announced on February 3, 2022, and subsequently increased on February 4, 2022, totalling C$2,499,800 through the issuance of 20,831,666 units at a price of C$0.12 each. Each unit consists of one common share and one half non-transferable common share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase one additional common share in the capital of the company at $0.18 per common share for 24 months from the date of issue. Proceeds from the placement will be used to accelerate mineral exploration in Ireland, including the funding of drill programs at the company's Ballywire, Carrickittle and Tullacondra prospects at the PG West project (100%-interest), as well as, for general and administrative purposes.

Versus Systems Inc has announced the pricing of its public offering of 4.37 million units for gross proceeds of US$7 million before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses payable. The company, which has offices in Los Angeles and Vancouver, said it plans to use the net proceeds from the offering for working capital and general corporate purposes. Each unit consists of one common share, no par value per share, and one warrant to purchase one common share, at a price of $1.60 per unit and a warrant exercise price of $1.92. All the shares and warrants in the offering are being sold by Versus.

NorthWest Copper (TSX-V:NWST) Corp said it has completed the first issuance of consideration shares to POSCO International Corporation under the previously announced agreement whereby NorthWest has agreed to purchase POSCO's approximately 31% interest in Kwanika Copper Corporation (KCC) for a total consideration of C$11 million. KCC is a British Columbia corporation that owns 100% of the Kwanika Project. Upon closing of the transaction, KCC has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of NorthWest and NorthWest now owns a 100% interest in the Kwanika project. As part of the Tranche 1 closing, NorthWest issued 5,194,805 consideration shares to POSCO.

Electric Royalties Ltd (TSX-V:ELEC, OTC:ELECF) has said it will file the report entitled 'Amended NI 43-101 Technical Report, Middle Tennessee Mines, Tennessee, USA' by Dr Martin Raffield, and David Gaunt, effective date December 31, 2021, under its profile on www.sedar.com. The report was amended to reflect comments from the regulator. Electric Royalties acquired a royalty interest on zinc production at the Middle Tennessee Mines (MTM Royalty), located in Smith County, Tennessee, United States, in 2021. The MTM royalty is a sliding scale gross metals royalty, with no royalty payable if the zinc price is below US$0.90 per pound, a 1.0% royalty payable at zinc prices between US$0.90 and US$1.10 per pound, and a 1.4% at royalty payable at zinc prices above US$1.10 per pound. Electric holds a 25% interest in the MTM Royalty with the remaining 75% interest held by Sprott Streaming and Royalties Corp.
