Mednow CEO Karim Nassar joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news the company has completed the acquisition of London Pharmacare and Liver Care Canada. Nassar telling Proactive these two transactions provide an increase in revenue. In the last fiscal year, Liver Care and London Pharmacare collectively generated an aggregate of approximately C$21.3M in revenue and C$2.1M in gross profits from selling prescription medications and diagnostic services to its 20,000 patients.
