Manning Ventures (CSE:MANN) CEO Alex Klenman joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news the company has entered into a share exchange agreement with Red Bay Exploration to acquire 100% of their four mineral projects in Newfoundland.
Klenman telling Proactive the total land package is over 10,500 hectares of gold, polymetallic (copper, lead, zinc, cobalt, silver), uranium and rare earth projects. The four mineral projects are the Red Indian Lake Project, the Little Sheep Brook Project, (the Butterfly Pond Project, and the Mount Hogan Project.
