Hiremii Ltd (ASX:HMI) has confirmed the share purchase plan (SPP) announced to the ASX on January 12 this year has closed, raising a total of $448,250.
There will be 9,961,095 ordinary shares allotted and issued under the SPP at A$0.045 per share.
The allotment of the new shares is scheduled for Wednesday, February 23, with the shares expected to be quoted on the ASX on Thursday this week.
Hiremii’s managing director Andrew Hornby said the funds secured through the recent placement and the SPP would allow the company to grow its recruitment capability.
“We greatly appreciate the ongoing commitment and support of our shareholders and look forward to continuing to progress the Hiremii recruitment and technology service offerings.”
