Mila Resources PLC (LSE:MILA) told investors it has begun drilling at the Kathleen Valley Gold Project in Western Australia today.
The post-discovery gold exploration accelerator said initial drilling confirmed consistent and high-grade mineralisation, including a 10m wide zone of mineralisation with multiple 10g/t and higher of gold and silver grades at the Coffey deposit.
It says it is now focussed on expansion to define a sizeable gold and silver resource.
“Having successfully mobilised on site we look forward to defining further ounces and unlocking the project's significant resource potential in this world-class gold province,” said executive chairman Mark Stephenson.
