TomaGold Corporation has unveiled the latest drill results from its Obalski property and revealed that it has expanded its ground at the asset in Quebec via a new acquisition. At the end of last year, TomaGold noted, an induced polarization (IP) survey was carried out over around six line-kilometres (km)at Obalski, which indicated large geophysical anomalies to the west and southwest. Enveric Biosciences (NASDAQ:ENVB) Inc said it has priced its previously-announced underwritten public offering of 20 million company common shares plus warrants to purchase up to an additional 20 million shares of its common stock, for expected gross proceeds of $10 million. Enveric noted that each common share is being sold at a price of $0.50, with each warrant enabling the holder to purchase an additional share of the company at a price of $0.55. The warrants are exercisable immediately and have an expiry date of five years following the date of issuance. The company said it intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for working capital and to fund other general corporate purposes.

Progressive Planet Solutions Inc (TSX-V:PLAN) said it has closed the first tranche of its non-brokered private placement financing of units for gross proceeds of $4,014,675. The Vancouver, British Columbia-based company, which creates supplementary cementing materials, said proceeds from the first tranche will be used to fund the cash component in its acquisition of Absorbent Products Ltd. (APL), which produces industrial minerals from two mines in British Columbia. Progressive Planet noted that the proceeds would fund APL’s work program related to its mineral properties and assist in APL debt retirement assumed by the company under the acquisition. Under the first tranche, 11.47 million units were sold at $0.35 per unit. Each unit is made up of one common share and one warrant, with each warrant exercisable at $0.60 per share for a period of two years from issuance.

PyroGenesis Canada Inc said it has received acceptance from the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) of its Notice of Intention to implement a Normal Course Issuer Bid (NCIB). Under the NCIB, PyroGenesis may purchase, from time to time, over a period of 12 months starting February 15, 2022, and ending February 14, 2023, up to 7,500,000 common shares (around 4.4% of its common shares issued and outstanding as of February 7, 2022). As of February 7, 2022, there were 170,125,795 common shares of PyroGenesis issued and outstanding. On any given day, during the NCIB, PyroGenesis may only purchase up to 78,089 common shares, which is equivalent to 25% of the Average Daily Trading Volume of 312,357 calculated based on the trading volumes on the TSX from August 1, 2021, to January 31, 2022. All purchases will be made through Pollitt & Co. Inc. acting on behalf of the company. The actual number of common shares which will be purchased, and the timing of such purchases, will be determined by the company, and the price which the company will pay for the common shares will be the market price at the time of the purchase. The common shares purchased under the NCIB will be cancelled. PyroGenesis' board of directors believes that the market price of the common shares may from time to time not reflect the underlying value of the company, specifically its growth opportunities, and that the proposed purchasing of its common shares is in the best interests of the company and represents an appropriate use of corporate funds. It is expected that any purchases made by the company could also enhance value and liquidity for its shareholders.
