Electra Battery Materials Chief Financial Officer Ryan Snyder joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news the company has received its industrial sewage works permit and has filed its final Closure Plan for its refinery expansion project.
Snyder telling Proactive this permit governs how processed water and tailings will be managed to ensure the environment is protected. Electra will now be filing an amendment to its current permit to take water. The Company will now file its Final Closure Plan for the Refinery.
