2. Russia and its Central Bank to treat Bitcoin as legal tender
The Russian government and its central bank have agreed to recognise digital assets, like Bitcoin, as a form of currency, according to local reports.
Russian newspaper Kommersant reported that the two are currently working on legislation that will define crypto as an “analogue of currencies” from 18 February, rather than digital financial assets.

4. Ceres Power strikes deal targeting Chinese fuel cell market
Ceres Power shares surged 27% after it revealed Bosch is joining its partnership with Weichai Power to target China’s fuel cells market.
Engine specialist Weichai and Ceres are already collaborating on a fuel cell for commercial vehicles, but German electrical giant Bosch’s addition broadens the scope to include stationary power applications, the UK company said.
5. Helium One finds hardened clay with helium potential
Helium One said scans on drill cuttings from the Tai-1 and 1A wells at its Rukwa project in Tanzania confirm the presence of hardened clay at several levels that could allow the potential for helium to be found.
