SenSen Networks Ltd (ASX:SNS, OTCQB:SNNSF) has landed a 36-month contract with distribution partner Duncan Solutions to supply automated parking enforcement solutions to Toowoomba Regional Council in Queensland.
Beginning in March this year, SenSen will deploy one of its sensor AI parking enforcement units along with associated solutions, software and services.
The company will earn upfront revenue for the systems, software and commissioning of the unit to the tune of about A$230,000.
SenSen will also earn annual recurring revenues and fees for the software licence, maintenance and support services under the three-year term of the contract.
Seventh council contract
This service will represent part of Duncan Solutions’ comprehensive smart parking technology infrastructure solution with the council.
SNS expects that, as with all of its customer contracts, SenSen and Duncan may further assist Toowoomba in keeping its roads safe and congestion free.
Toowoomba is Queensland’s largest inland city, located 125 kilometres west of Brisbane in the Darling Downs region with a population of about 170,000.
The company says this win further demonstrates its 'land and expand' strategy, adding a seventh major Queensland council to the growing list of cities utilising SenSen’s patented AI sensor systems.
