Pantheon Resources PLC (AIM:PANR, OTC:PTHRF) shares soared some 35% in Monday’s deal boosted by better than expected well testing at the Talitha vertical well, in Alaska.

The test was designed to determine whether the oil in Talitha’s Basin Floor Fan (BFF) discovery was ‘moveable’, assessing potential production volumes in this particular well and location was less important – nevertheless, the results impressed.

Helium One Global Ltd (AIM:HE1, OTCQB:HLOGF) said it commenced an Electrical Resistivity Tomography (ERT) survey at its 100%-owned Rukwa project.

The ERT will investigate specific priority areas identified from Phase I and Phase II 2D seismic as well as surface helium anomalies identified in a recently completed multispectral satellite spectroscopy (MSS) study, the primary helium explorer said in a statement.

Diversified Energy Company PLC (LSE:DEC, OTCQX:DECPF) said it last week closed a US$365mln sustainability-linked asset backed securitisation (ABS) involving some of its Appalachian assets, which had previously been pledged as collateral under the company's Revolving Credit Facility (RBL) led by KeyBank National Association.

The ABS proceeds will be used to reduce outstanding RBL borrowings and create additional liquidity, allowing the company to pursue acquisitions without having to issue new equity, Diversified Energy said in a statement.

Tower Resources PLC (AIM:TRP) told investors it is delighted by the news that Shell has mad a significant oil discovery in Namibia, which adds confidence across the region.

Shell and its partners Qatar Energy and Namor (the National Petroleum Corporation of Namibia) struck oil in the Graff-1 exploration well, in both primary and secondary targets.

Zephyr Energy Plc has provided an update on its oil and gas production assets in the United States which by the end of the fourth quarter averaged 654 barrels oil equivalent per day (boepd).

The company said it had some 43,185 barrels oil equivalent of net sales in the quarter, comprising 35,895 barrels of oil priced at US$72.34 per barrel, 19,081 million cubic feet (mcf) of gas at an average price of US$5.35 per mcf, and 5,132 barrels of natural gas liquids at US$56.56 per barrel.

Ondine Biomedical Inc (AIM:OBI) said it has treated the first patient taking part in a US Food & Drug Administration (FDA) phase II clinical evaluating the use of its nasal photodisinfection technology to prevent surgical site infections (SSIs).

The open-label study of up to 500 people will assess how well the treatment eradicates the main pathogen, staphylococcus aureus.

Bens Creek Group PLC announced that it has received notice for the exercise of warrants to subscribe for 85,435 new ordinary shares, at an exercise price of 10p apiece. The warrants were issued to Novum Securities as part of their broking fees for the placing announced on 15 October 2021. The exercise of these warrants will generate proceeds of £8,543.50 for the company.
