Europa Metals has announced the resignation of its chief executive Laurence Read effective immediately.
Executive chairman Myles Campion, who has taken on the role of interim CEO, said: "On behalf of Europa Metals and the board, I would like to thank Laurence for his commitment to both the company and the Toral Project over the last 5 years.
"Laurence was key in bringing the opportunity to the company and integral to its successful funding, thereby enabling Toral to be the advanced project it is today,” he added.
