US Global Investors' Frank Holmes, together with HANetf has compiled its January 2022 JETS Market Report, where Holmes says despite broad flight cancellations due to coronavirus variant omicron, there now exists a pent up demand for travel in coming months. Holmes says he feels positive about the airline industry as countries, like the UK, have begun to dissolve coronavirus-related travel restrictions, predicting international travel will pick up towards April 2022.
