Heliene President Martin Pochtaruk joined Steve Darling from Proactive to bring news the company has formed a strategic partnership with electrification company Altus Power to support solar module manufacturing in the United States.
Pochtaruk telling Proactive, this 3-year agreement will allow Altus the option to purchase up to 250 MW of high-efficiency solar modules from Heliene, securing Altus Power reliable access to domestically manufactured products. Altus Power will also invest up to 5 million in Heliene as part of that company’s anticipated initial public capital raise in connection to listing on the TSX Venture Exchange.
