BATM Advanced Communications CEO Dr Zvi Marom joined Proactive's Stephen Gunnion with details of the company's $4 million contribution to a $10 million follow-on investment in Ador Diagnostics Ltd, taking its stake to 37.21% from 36.7%.
Marom telling Proactive that the additional investment will be used to prepare Ador for the pre-production stage for its molecular diagnostics platform, which allows rapid testing to diagnose bacterial, viral or fungal infections using DNA or RNA sampling.
Additional patents are also being registered and the company is progressing development of more disease panels and increasing cooperation with international bodies such as the World Health Organisation, he added.
