Cornerstone FS PLC (AIM:CSFS) chief executive Julian Wheatland joined Proactive's Stephen Gunnion with details of the company's acquisition of forex broker Capital Currencies for up to £3 million.
Wheatland telling Proactive that the transaction is a strong strategic fit and meets Cornerstone's strategy to act as a consolidator of the fragmented foreign exchange sector. And he said it will be earnings accretive from year one.
