Mosman Oil and Gas Ltd (AIM:MSMN) has announced the successful testing of its 23% owned Winters-2 well, in Texas.
The well was previously re-completed in the Wilcox sand, at a depth of 6,695 to 6,700 feet, and, in testing has flowed at rates between rates of 576-624 thousand cubic feet per day (mscfd) gross in an eight-hour test.
Winters-2 will now be put on production once the installation of gas infrastructure is completed, expected later in the current quarter.
The well is expected to produce 576-624 mscfd, which would be 110 to 120 barrels oil equivalent per day (boepd).

“As highlighted in the recent production update Mosman continues to build the company's production base and we look forward to providing further updates in due course."
