Magnis Energy Technologies Ltd (ASX:MNS, OTCQX:MNSEF) technology partner Charge CCCV (C4V) CEO Shailesh Upreti tells Proactive it has launched its Lithium Slim Energy Reserve (LiSER) technology. Magnis, a vertically integrated lithium-ion battery company, has a 9.65% shareholding in C4V. Upreti says LiSER allows OEMs to achieve the maximum cell-to-pack ratio while maintaining performance, minimizing the need for complicated cell arrays and management electronics. Touted as an industry-first “tab-less” advanced prismatic cell design, LiSER has an in-situ cooling loop to facilitate efficient temperature operations ranging from -40°C to 90°C, assisting in extra fast charging.
