European Metals Holdings Ltd (AIM:EMH, ASX:EMH, OTC:EMHLF) has completed the issue of 10.3mln shares to institutional investors as announced on 19 January 2022, raising A$14.4mln.
The shares, issued in the form of depository interests, were issued at A$1.40 a share.
