Star Royalties CEO Alex Pernin joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share their subsidiary Green Star Royalties has acquired a 2.5% royalty with MOBISMART Mobile Off-Grid Power & Storage for a total consideration of 300,000 Canadian in cash. Pernin telling Proactive MOBISMART’s product offering includes mobile solar power trailers and containers with power electronics and remote monitoring. The company also look at reducing the need for traditional diesel power generation and its associated CO2 emissions.
