Amur Minerals Corporation (AIM:AMC, OTC:AMMCF) shares rocketed by over 86% after the company said it may sell its Irosta Trading subsidiary, which owns the company's principal asset, the Kun-Manie nickel-copper sulphide project in far-east Russia.
According to press speculation, a potentially interested party has valued Amur at an indicative price of up to £100mln.
In a statement, the company confirmed that it is in discussions with a potential purchaser to sell Irosta Trading "for approximately the indicated price".
Amur shares surged 86.51% to 3.87p in early afternoon trade.
