Learning Technologies Group PLC, the digital learning and talent management specialist, has forecast organic revenues will rise by not less than 7% in 2021, with total sales up 92% to £254mln.
Underlying profits, meanwhile, will increase by a third to not less than £53.7mln.
A robust performance by its Content & Services division, which is back to 2019 levels, drove the improvement said Learning Tech, while the Software & Platforms division had also continued to grow.
Organic growth meanwhile had been complemented by the first half 2021 acquisitions of Reflektive, PDT Global and Bridge, while October’s acquisition GP Strategies has also improved faster than expected, said LTG
After the acquisitions, net debt was £141.5mln at the year-end or better than consensus forecasts of £169.2mln) due to strong cash generation.
Jonathan Satchell, chief added: "Following a remarkable year at LTG, it is very encouraging to report that the business is delivering on all fronts.
“Sustained business momentum across both our divisions in 2021 drove continued growth on a like-for-like basis. Additionally, the investments made last year in highly attractive acquisitions are already creating value.”
