Pacific Empire Minerals Corp announced the sale of its LLH1 mineral claim in British Columbia to Engold Mines Ltd.
The two companies reached an agreement on the 1,315-hectare property for consideration of a 2% net smelter return royalty on the claim, purchasable by Engold at any time for C$1 million.
LLH1 borders Engold’s Lac La Hache Property in the Cariboo region of British Columbia and is the same property as the tenures that were part of a former agreement known as the Red Joint Venture between Engold and Pacific Empire that ended in 2018.

"Acquisition of the Red Joint Venture ground rounds out our land package and makes Engold's preexisting Red Claim contiguous with the rest of the Lac La Hache property," said Engold CEO David Brett.
Engold’s Lac La Hache property now comprises a total of 28,873.5 hectares (280 square kilometres).
Lac La Heche hosts the Spout copper deposit, the Aurizon gold deposit and the G1 copper deposit.
Pacific Empire is a copper exploration company based in Vancouver with a portfolio of gold-enriched copper projects in British Columbia.
