Nomad Royalty (TSX:NSR) Company Ltd said it has completed its previously-announced bought deal public offering, raising gross proceeds of about C$42.5 million by issuing 4,675,000 company common shares at a price of C$9.10 each.
Nomad noted that net proceeds of the offering will be used to support its recently-announced acquisitions of streams on the Greenstone Gold project and the Platreef palladium-rhodium-platinum-nickel-copper-gold project, and for general corporate purposes.
The company also said the offering includes 275,000 common shares issued upon partial exercise of the over-allotment option granted to the underwriters.

The offering was completed through a syndicate of underwriters led by BMO Capital Markets (NYSE:BMO), and including Cormark Securities Inc, Scotia Capital Inc, Canaccord Genuity (TSX:CF, LSE:CF) Corp, CIBC World Markets Inc, National Bank Financial Inc, RBC Dominion Securities Inc, Haywood Securities Inc, iA Private Wealth Inc, Raymond James (NYSE:RJF) Ltd, and Stifel Nicolaus Canada Inc.
Nomad Royalty (TSX:NSR) is a gold & silver royalty company that purchases rights to a percentage of the gold or silver produced from a mine, for the life of the mine.
It owns a portfolio of 16 royalty and stream assets, of which 8 are on currently producing mines. Nomad plans to grow and diversify its low-cost production profile through the acquisition of additional producing and near-term producing gold & silver streams and royalties.
