Ultra Resources Inc (TSX-V:ULT, OTCQB:ULTXF) has announced that the board has resolved to change the name of the company from Ultra Resources to Ultra Lithium Inc (TSX-V:ULI).
The Vancouver-based exploration company which focuses on the acquisition and development of lithium, gold, and copper assets, said the firm's trading symbol “ULT” will remain unchanged.
The company will resume trading under its new name Ultra Lithium Inc on January 21, 2022, said the firm.
The company holds a brine lithium property in Argentina, and hard rock spodumene type lithium properties at the Georgia Lake/Forgan Lake area in northwestern Ontario, in Canada. Moreover, it has a brine lithium property in the Big Smoky Valley, in the US state of Nevada. The company also holds other gold and base metals properties in Argentina.
