Vox Royalty (TSX-V:VOX) CEO Kyle Floyd joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news the company has entered into a binding agreement with a private South African registered company, to acquire two platinum group metals royalties for up to 10.4 million Canadian dollars.
Floyd telling Proactive these royalties include a 1.0% gross receipts royalty over the Dwaalkop Project and a 0.704% gross receipts royalty over the Messina Project. These projects are near-term development potential with existing infrastructure in place and looking for a 2 – 5 year project development pipeline.
