Genflow Biosciences PLC (LSE:GENF) Eric Leire joins Proactive London after getting off to a positive start beginning life as a London-listed company.
The shares were issued at a price of 8p in an oversubscribed placing to raise £3.7mln as part of the initial public offering (IPO), giving the company a market cap of £23.4mln.
The IPO’s purpose is to raise the public profile and provide new funds for the company's expansion and long-term growth.
