Star Royalties CEO Alex Pernin joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news the company’s subsidiary Green Star Royalties agreed to an additional definitive royalty purchase agreement and gross revenue royalty agreement with Elizabeth Metis Settlement Pernin telling Proactive Green Star will add an additional 27% gross revenue royalty on the revenue share from the creation and sale of carbon offset credits from forested lands located in Elizabeth Metis Settlement in Alberta, Canada. Green Star now owns a 40.5% gross revenue royalty.
