Logiq Inc. (NEO:LGIQ.AQN, OTCQX:LGIQ) co-founder and chairman Brent Suen joined Proactive's Stephen Gunnion with news of changes to the company's senior management team, which sees him also resume the position of CEO.
Suen telling Proactive that the changes position the company to better execute on its strategic goals focused on customer acquisition and opportunistic mergers and acquisitions. And he says the company also currently fulfils all the criteria for a Nasdaq uplisting.
