Fobi AI (TSX-V:FOBI, OTCQB:FOBIF) CEO Rob Anson joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news the company has agreed to a share purchase agreement to acquire digital wallet company Passworks. Passworks is a European digital wallet and mobile marketing company with some heavy-hitter clients like Hugo Boss. Anson telling Proactive this is the company’s fourth wallet pass acquisition in the past year and will provide Fobi with immediate additional revenue.
