Energy provider E.on, which got a shoeing on social media for sending its customers a pair of socks so they can save money by turning the heating down, has apologised for the ill-advised marketing stunt.
2. Advance edging towards target
Advance Energy PLC (AIM:ADV) (Advance Energy PLC (AIM:ADV)) said operator Carnarvon Petroleum continues to move the drill-bit closer to the target zone at the Buffalo-10 well, offshore Timor-Leste.

The FTSE 100 closed 20.90 points or 0.3% lower at 7,542.95 on Friday, reversing a late rally to opening levels as US stocks stayed under pressure.
5. Spidey to Cineworld’s rescue
In a trading statement covering the second half to end-December 2021, the cinema operator said box office and concession revenue grew 50% in July, 54% in August, 60% in September, 90% in October, 56% in November and 88% in December.
