Healixa (OTC:EMOR) Inc is beefing up its advisory board with the addition of Managed Health Care Associates Inc president Diane Koontz.
Managed Health Care is the largest group purchasing organization in the US and a leading health care services and software company that looks at alternate site health care providers.
New York City-based Healixa (OTC:EMOR) said that Koontz’s appointment demonstrated the firm’s commitment to its healthtech portfolio.

Healixa (OTC:EMOR) is focused on building and acquiring innovative and disruptive technologies in the health-tech, clean water generation and green-tech industries.
“The appointment of Diane Koontz as a strategic advisor is a valuable addition to the company,” Healixa CEO Ian Parker told shareholders in a statement. “Ms Koontz brings over 25 years of health care industry experience, which will lend itself to the company’s growth strategy within its healthtech businesses.”
Koontz said that Healixa is “poised to make a major impact” with its healthtech businesses.
