Nova Royalty Corp CEO Alex Tsukernik tells Proactive it is set to buy an existing 0.135% net smelter return royalty on Hudbay Minerals' Copper World and Rosemont copper projects in Arizona, in a deal worth around $5.5 million. The company has struck a royalty purchase agreement with arm's length sellers over the transaction, which covers the Copper World asset, only discovered in 2020, and which already boasts an initial resource of 400 million tonnes.
