East Star Resources Plc (LSE:EST) was readmitted to the official list of the London Stock Exchange following a £3.1m issue of shares at 5p.
The company has acquired Discovery Ventures Kazakhstan Ltd and expects to make announcements about ongoing exploration of a gold portfolio in Kazakhstan presently.
Alex Walker, one of the founders of Discovery Ventures, joins the board.
