Progressive Planet CEO Stephen Harpur joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news about a company-changing acquisition. Harpur telling Proactive the company has acquired Kamloops company Absorbent Products Ltd.
Harpur telling Proactive Absorbent Products is a manufacturer of mineral-based products derived from diatomaceous earth, zeolite, and bentonite. The company also operates its own diatomaceous earth and bentonite mines in BC and is also the operator of the Bromley Creek Zeolite Mine. Harpur also said the company has been operating since 1989 and had annual revenue of 20 million dollars in its last fiscal year.
