Atome Energy PLC has announced its intention to list on AIM and vowed to be at the forefront of the green hydrogen production market.
The company, an innovator in the sustainable energy arena, has been split out of oil and gas group, President Energy PLC (AIM:PPC) following a £9mln fundraise at 80p per share that consisted of a £6mln placing and £3mln standby facility by President boss Peter Levine.
Pantheon Resources PLC (AIM:PANR, OTC:PTHRF) said it received overall formal approval for plans to develop the Theta west and Taltiha projects on Alaska’s North Slope.
The company is working on the final permits required, although construction has already started on an ice road that will extend from the Dalton Highway directly to the Talitha #A site and onwards to the Theta West location.
Plexus Holdings PLC (AIM:POS) and Schlumberger subsidiary Cameron have expanded their agreement over the use of the AIM-listed group's POS-GRIP technology for wellhead engineering.
The variation agreement extends the territory of the licence Cameron can use Plexus's technology to worldwide and increases royalty rates for the expanded activities. Plexus said in a statement.
Chariot has confirmed that the Stena Don drilling rig has now arrived on location in the Lixus concession, offshore Morocco, noted Peel Hunt.
It expects drilling operations on the Anchois 2 appraisal/exploration well to commence immediately.
We’ll find out early in the new year the result of development and exploration work by Chariot Ltd (AIM:CHAR, OTC:OIGLF) at two wells offshore Morocco with the Stena Don drill platform now onsite.
For the Anchois-2 well, the plan is to confirm the gas resource volumes, reservoir quality and well productivity.
