Q BioMed Inc. (OTCQB:QBIO) told shareholders that the company was seeing a significant uptrend in revenues, advancing its pipeline of assets, and was looking at an imminent up listing to the tech-dominated Nasdaq. The New York-based commercial-stage biotech company has engaged EVERSANA, which provides commercial services, to support the commercialization of Strontium89. Strontium Chloride Sr-89 Injection, USP is the only US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved radiotherapy currently available in the US indicated for three types of cancer if they become painfully metastatic to the bone. “The company is pleased to report that year-over-year revenue is up by over 600% and 4Q revenue is up over 100% over 3Q. This uptrend is a very positive sign as we continue to roll out our Strontium89 commercial program,” Q BioMed said.

FansUnite Entertainment Inc (CSE:FANS, OTCQX:FUNFF) said that its official white-label partner MoneyLine Sports Inc will be launching the online sports streaming and wagering portal www.monelinesportsbook.com in January 2022. MoneyLine, an Ontario-based SaaS and gaming technology company providing gaming solutions in the European and overseas markets, previously entered into a licensing agreement with FansUnite to create a joint media and wagering platform that integrates the company's wagering technology with streaming OTT sports content via web, Apple TV, and mobile application. FansUnite said the next generation gaming portal will deliver an immersive user experience by offering live streaming services, robust odds, premium insights, and aggregating of leading sports betting services through its mobile application.

BioSig Technologies Inc said that it is installing a PURE EP System for an evaluation at the Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) Healthcare-operated Westside Regional Medical Center in Plantation, Florida. Westside Regional Medical Center is an award-winning, 250-bed hospital recognized for providing a wide array of services to the residents of Broward County, South Florida, and visitors from around the world. The hospital is a facility of HCA East Florida, the most extensive healthcare system in Eastern Florida and an affiliate of Hospital Corporation of America. The Westport, Connecticut-based company said that the hospital’s electrophysiology program is one of the most frequented in Broward County, offering advanced diagnostic services and multiple modalities for diagnosing and treating arrhythmia.

Endexx Corporation, a provider of innovative hemp-derived CBD wellness and health products, said it has surpassed its current store count goal after adding 2,800 stores in December. As previously announced, the company recently expanded into 1,000 stores of a major Food/Drug/Mass (FDM) retailer chain, continuing an upward trend to place its product line in stores nationwide. “The company has been keeping up with and utilizing new CBD law changes to navigate the landscape in a targeted approach to find promising growth opportunities,” Endexx said in a statement. Now in 44 states, Endexx said it aims to have its products in 20,000 stores, which management believes is a realistic goal and well within reach of the company by the end of 2022.

Doré Copper Mining Corp told investors that recent testwork had shown that using ore sorting technology could improve the grade and lower costs at its flagship Corner Bay project in Quebec. The testing was undertaken on a sample taken from a stockpile at surface which was extracted during the preparation of a 2008 bulk sample, the firm noted. The results showed that the grade of the pre-concentrate tested with the ore sorter increased 2.6 times, from 2.66% copper to 6.84% copper, with a recovery of 95.5% copper by using an X-ray transmission (XRT) sensor.

Safe-T Group (NASDAQ:SFET) Ltd revealed that after the filing of its third-quarter results, members of its management team, including the company’s CEO, CFO as well chairman of the company’s board, completed open market stock purchases as an expression of their “long-term confidence” in the company. The Herzliya, Israel-based company that provides companies with network access solutions and intelligent data collection to blunt attacks on business-critical services and sensitive data, said that in aggregate, the executives had bought over 180,000 shares during the trading window, between December 7 and December 13, 2021. “Safe-T Group continues to drive record growth as it successfully executes its business plan addressing the tremendous global opportunities of cybersecurity and privacy. The strong performance, combined with our expectations for continued growth, provide us with confidence in the significant inherent value in our shares and that is why we have increased our stakes in the company,” Safe-T Group (NASDAQ:SFET) chairman Chen Katz said in a statement.

ACME Lithium Inc announced that it has closed its previously announced non-brokered private placement through issuing 833,334 units at a price of $1.20 per unit for total gross proceeds of $1 million. The Vancouver, British Columbia-based mineral exploration company said that it will use the gross proceeds of the private placement for exploration at its 100% owned Cat-Euclid and Shatford Lake lithium projects in southeast Manitoba. ACME holds 27 claims totaling approximately 11,803 acres strategically situated in the pegmatite fields of the Bird River Greenstone Belt (BRGB) Canada’s southeastern Manitoba. The company said each Unit consisted of one flow-through common share and one-half of one non-flow through common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional share at a price of $1.50 per share for two years.

Altiplano Metals Inc (TSX-V:APN, OTC:ALTPF) has reported that its application to incorporate an iron separator and a high-efficiency water recovery circuit at the El Peñón processing facility at its Farellon iron-oxide-copper-gold (Cu-Au) mine has been approved by the Chilean mining authority. In an update on the construction phase at the processing facility, Altiplano noted that the iron separator is designed to recover high-value iron oxide while the water recovery circuit is designed to produce dry tailings. The company said the addition of this equipment into the processing circuit provides the opportunity to capture high-value iron which can be sold to generate a secondary income and, with the removal of the iron, reduce the overall tailings output by 50%. “With our processing design, APN will be one of the first companies in the Chilean small mining sector to implement an industry-leading environmental process focussed on water conservation and waste reduction," CEO Alastair McIntyre said in a statement.

Information Services Corporation said that Robert Antochow had been appointed the firm's CFO, effective February 1 next year. Antochow is currently the senior director, finance for the company and will succeed Shawn Peters as CFO. As announced in October this year, Peters will assume the role of Information Services' president and CEO on February 1 next year.

Ayurcann Holdings Corp announced that its common shares are now eligible for electronic clearing and settlement through the Depository Trust Company (DTC) in the United States. DTC is a subsidiary of the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation, a US company that manages the electronic clearing and settlement of publicly-traded companies. Igal Sudman, CEO of Ayurcann, said in a statement: "As a DTC eligible OCTQB listed issuer, our stock is now available to a wider audience in the United States. Combined with our primary listing on the CSE and our listing on the FSE we are well-positioned to attract investors globally." CleanSpark Inc (NASDAQ:CLSK) has announced the one-year anniversary of its Bitcoin mining operations, noting incremental growth in the number mined since the operations were launched. The sustainable Bitcoin mining and energy technology company said it implements an ESG approach by sourcing regional energy mixes with strong renewable energy portfolios for its mining facilities in Norcross and College Park, Georgia. CleanSpark entered the Bitcoin mining industry in December 2020 with its purchase of ATL Data Centers. A second data center, located in Gwinnett County, was acquired in August 2021 with plans to invest $145 million in capital and human investments over the next five years. "As a company, CleanSpark has consistently been committed to increasing clean, reliable, distributed energy into the world's electrical grids,” vice president of technology, Rich Inman, said in a statement. “With increasing energy crises, it is more important now than ever to maximize efficiency and minimize the carbon footprint of our operations.”

Ketamine One (NEO:MEDI.AQN) Capital Ltd, which acquires clinics and other businesses that work across the mental health value chain, has reported positive first-quarter revenue following its transition from an investment issuer to a single-purpose company focused on consolidating medical clinics and becoming a North American leader in mental health treatments. The Vancouver, British Columbia-based company reported revenue of $1,989,752 for the three months to October 31, 2021, compared to nil in 1Q 2021. It generated a gross profit of $594,411, noting that its wholly-owned contract research organization, KGK Science Inc, also secured a significant amount of new business in the form of four contracts with third-party clinical research and regulatory service clients. “We are pleased with Ketamine One (NEO:MEDI.AQN)'s financial results for the first quarter of the 2022 fiscal year, as revenue during the three-month period ending October 31st exceeded that for all of the 2021 fiscal year,” interim CEO Adam Deffett said in a statement. “It’s a great way to start the fiscal year and I am grateful for the keen efforts of our employees across all of our subsidiaries and to our sage advisors as well," added Deffett.

The Valens Company (TSX:VLNS, OTCQX:VLNCF) Inc, a leading manufacturer of cannabis products, told investors it has entered into a secured non-revolving term loan with 2361380 Ontario Limited, a private institutional lender, for an aggregate principal amount up to C$40 million. The Kelowna-based company said the loan will be used to further strengthen its balance sheet, allowing it to execute on its corporate strategy and fund working capital needs as the business continues its aggressive growth trajectory, as well as immediately retire the remaining $7.5 million outstanding under its existing debt facility. "With this strategic secured financing, Valens is now well-positioned to accelerate its aggressive growth strategy, further fund its Canadian operations, and capitalize on new growth opportunities as the company works toward expanding its presence in the United States,” CEO and chairman Tyler Robson said in a statement.

CareRx Corporation (TSX:CRRX) announced that it will be the first pharmacy in Canada to use the BD Rowa Dose medication packaging system from Becton, Dickinson and Company (BD), which will be the centerpiece technology at CareRx's new state-of-the-art, high-volume fulfillment centre that is scheduled to be opened in Burlington, Ontario in the spring of 2022. The company said use of this technology is expected to further increase quality and safety while driving efficiencies in clinical workflow and enhancing its operating margins.

BMEX Gold Inc (TSX-V:BMEX) said it was awaiting assays results having completed a 3,000 meter (m) phase 2 drill program at its King Tut project in the Abitibi, Quebec. As reported in November this year, the work kicked off after a drone magnetic survey followed up on an inaugural drill program carried out in the first half of 2021, which had shown anomalous gold values in nearly every hole. The latest program, completed ahead of schedule and under budget, comprised 17 holes using two rigs with 3,089m of diamond drill core being recovered. The drilling explored 2 kilometers (km) of strike length between King Tut and Audet Quest and 2 km of strike at the Main King Tut deformation trend.

The Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE) announced its market statistics for November 2021, which were highlighted by near-record listings growth and a new financing milestone. Trading volume of CSE-listed securities totaled 2.6 billion shares, while the trading value of CSE-listed securities was $2.1 billion as issuers completed 82 financings that raised an aggregate $250 million. There were 21 new listings, the third-highest monthly total in the CSE's history, bringing the total listed securities to 736 as of November 30, 2021. And the aggregate market value of CSE issuers was $47 billion as of November 30, 2021, compared to $42.1 billion at year-end 2020.

Helix BioPharma Corp reported it spent around C$1.2 million on research and development (R&D) costs in its fiscal first quarter to October 31, 2021 as the company continues to develop drugs to treat cancer using immuno-oncology. The company has developed an immune-oncology drug platform (DOS47) to treat cancer, which is designed to turn the tumor's environment to alkaline from acid, which, in turn, corrects an impaired immune system. R&D costs for the three months to end-October were C$1.249 million, up from C$1.084 million in the same period a year earlier, the company said.

Logiq Inc. (NEO:LGIQ.AQN, OTCQX:LGIQ), a provider of e-commerce and fintech business enablement solutions, told investors it has finalized the terms of its agreement to transfer its AppLogiq assets into Lovarra, which it plans to do before the end of the year. It said the agreement follows its recent acquisition of a controlling position in Lovarra, a fully reporting US public company listed on the OTC Markets.The agreement advances its announced plans to separate its DataLogiq and AppLogiq businesses into two independent publicly traded companies, the company added. Logiq said it is also applying to the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) to change Lovarra’s name to GoLogiq and obtain a new trading symbol, which is likely to take several weeks. Logiq shareholders of record on December 30, 2021, will receive shares in Lovarra/GoLogiq on a proportionate basis when it distributes 100% of its Lovarra/GoLogiq shares to these shareholders, the company said, adding that distribution is planned for on or about June 30, 2022.

Harbor Custom Development Inc. (NASDAQ:HCDI) announced it has closed on the sale of 27 developed lots in the state of Washington to Century Communities in a $3.87 million deal. The lots are located in the town of Blaine at Harbor’s Horizon at Semiahmoo subdivision, which it acquired in July 2021. Harbor’s purchase included 71 developed lots with panoramic views of Birch Bay and the Cascade Range, and is located adjacent to the Semiahmoo Resort and award-winning golf course. Psyched Wellness (CSE:PSYC, OTCQB:PSYCF) Ltd has revealed the path to market for its lead product AME-1, an Amanita Muscaria extract. The company said that consumer products will be available in US stores in the second quarter of 2022. In order for this to happen, Psyched said it is in the midst of a self-Generally Recognized As Safe (GRAS) dossier review of AME-1 by an external panel of experts, which permits substances to be exempt from pre-market review by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

ESE Entertainment Inc announced that its production company, Frenzy sp. z.o.o., has been selected by Riot Games to organize and produce the first edition of the VALORANT Regional League (VRL) esports competition in Europe, which will be held on January 24, 2022. The company said Frenzy will be responsible for organizing the esports competitions in the league, administration and operations, producing broadcast feeds and handling social media channels in Polish and English on platforms indicated by Riot Games.

AMPD Ventures Inc announced that it has completed the share purchase agreement with Departure Lounge Inc, with its shareholders acquiring all of the issued and outstanding shares of the newly-acquired metaverse initiative company. AMPD said that acquisition will help build upon its robust high-performance cloud and compute platform to expand its business across a range of metaverse-focused initiatives. "Part of AMPD's mission with the development of our high-performance Edge platform has always been to become the hosting company for the Metaverse," said Anthony Brown, CEO at AMPD. ElectraMeccanica (NASDAQ:SOLO) Vehicles Corp updated investors on progress at its Mesa Assembly Facility in Arizona, saying it’s on track and scheduled to be commissioned in the summer of 2022. The electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer said the 235,000 square foot US assembly and engineering technical center will be used to assemble its enhanced, US-built 2023 model SOLO EV. The first flex line at the facility will have the ability to produce up to 20,000 vehicles per year – by Americans for Americans – enabling domestic assembly operations within the US and European target market. The facility will allow the company to apply US world-class manufacturing standards to preparation, delivery and inspection of vehicles that are going to its customers in a cost-effective, localized way, it added.

Global Energy Metals Corporation and Electric Royalties Ltd (TSX-V:ELEC, OTC:ELECF) have inked a deal on the Rana Nickel project in Norway that sees GEMC increase its position in Electric, which will gain a 1% net smelter return (NSR) royalty on the project. According to a statement, Electric will issue 2 million shares and pay $100,000 in cash to GEMC and its partner Scandinavian Resource Holdings (SRH) in proportion to their respective project ownership. In return, the company will receive a 1% NSR on four exploration licenses totaling 25 square kilometres at the Råna mafic-ultramafic intrusion in northern Norway, which includes the past producing Bruvann nickel mine.

VolitionRx (NYSE-A:VNRX) Limited has entered into its first contract for its Nu.Q Vet Cancer Screening Test under a supply and licensing agreement with Singapore-based SAGE Healthcare, a leading distributor of premium veterinary products and services in Asia. Dr. Jasmine Kway, CEO of Singapore Volition, said that due to rapid urbanization and rising disposable incomes, pets have become an important part of Asian families.

GameSquare Esports Inc annouced that its management and directors have acquired additional shares of the company in the open market, including a significant purchase from its CEO and president. Directors and management bought a total of 632,100 shares between November 3 and December 1 at prices ranging between $0.315 to $0.41 per share, according to the company. CEO Justin Kenna and president Kevin Wright acquired 132,100 shares.

Melkior Resources Inc has announced a non-brokered, flow-through private placement financing, at a price of $0.40 per share, to raise gross proceeds of C$860,000. The company said proceeds of the private placement will be used to conduct further exploration on its mineral properties.

Todos Medical Ltd said it and its 3CL biology joint venture partner NLC Pharma have agreed to extend the closing date for the formation of 3CL Sciences to December 31, 2021, while the companies complete legal due diligence. Falcon Gold Corp (TSX-V:FG, OTC:FGLDF) reported it had now inked the definitive option to buy the Viernes project, which lies 122 kilometres (km) southeast of Antofagasta City in northern Chile. "We are entirely pleased to have acquired such a prominent land position in one of the richest copper-producing hubs in the world," said Karim Rayani, Falcon's CEO. "We are directly adjacent to Yamana's El-Penon Gold-Silver mine, which produces 160,000 ounces of gold per year and 5,000,000 million ounces of silver.It's also just 30kms from the Escondida porphyry Copper-Gold-Moly cluster, operated by BHP and Rio Tinto, Barrick - Antofagasta's Zaldívar copper mine is 35 NE of our project and is expected to produce shortly. It's a very competitive area and near impossible to get in this camp."

QC Copper and Gold Inc has announced that Phase 1 drilling, which is part of its 2022 exploration program, will begin in early January at its Opemiska copper project in Quebec. The company said the primary objective of the Phase 1 program will be to convert additional 'halo mineralization' within the defined open pit resources as per its initial Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) published in September 2020.

Marvel Discovery Corp announced it has closed the second tranche of a non-brokered private placement, raising aggregate gross proceeds of $98,125 after it issued an additional 853,261 non-flow-through units at $0.115 each. The Vancouver-based resource company said funds from the private placement will go towards the development of its property portfolio, which includes projects across Canada, as well as for general working capital purposes. Including the first tranche of the placement, Marvel said it will issue a total of 8,047,168 units for total proceeds of $1,006,205.05, subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.

Clean Seed Capital Group (TSX-V:CSX) Ltd said it has taken occupancy of its custom-built new facilities in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan at 4010 Burron Avenue. Earlier in the year, the company announced that it had entered into a lease agreement for a pair of new build facilities and the related surrounding grounds. Clean Seed Capital said this new home centrally located in Western Canada is the cornerstone of its operations for the early commercialization plans of the SMART Seeder MAX product line, including assembly of the SMART Seeder technology suite, related electronics systems, sales and customer experience infrastructure and dealer support.

Forward Water Technologies (TSX-V:FWTC) Corporation has announced an update on the studies of its patented forward osmosis technology solution that has the potential to significantly reduce water usage in many industrial use applications. Currently, the technology is being tested across industries with positive results, reducing water consumption by as much as 90% in many applications. In particular, the company said it continues to evaluate how the technology can add further value in the brine mining sector. To advance industrial discussions, Forward Water has recently signed non-disclosure agreements with two major lithium extraction companies having access to large lithium-rich, aquifer-based brine deposits.

Vanstar Mining Resources Inc (TSX-V:VSR, OTCQX:VMNGF) reported new assay results from its Nelligan project, which is under a joint venture with IAMGOLD Inc. The junior resource company said it had drilled 86.7 metres at 1.34 grams per ton (g/t) gold, including 12 metres at 2.65 g/t gold, and a separate interval of 45 metres at 2.13 g/t gold and 12 metres at 6.27 g/t gold. Vanstar owns a 25% stake in the project, while IAMGOLD owns the remaining 75%.

Kontrol Technologies Corp (OTCQB:KNRLF, NEO:KNR) said it is shipping its BioCloud units to a global technology company for various applications following the completion of a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and technology review during the third quarter of this year. The company noted the customer has annual revenues of about $7 billion and operates in the field of technology testing and validation.

Progressive Planet Solutions Inc (TSX-V:PLAN) announced that Dr Roger Mah, vice president of research and development, is part of the scientific team being published in the December 17 issue of Science. The company said the magazine seeks to publish those papers that are most influential in their fields or across fields and that will significantly advance scientific understanding. Through its print and online incarnations, Science reaches an estimated worldwide readership of more than 1 million and its articles consistently rank among the world's most-cited research. Progressive Planet said the research cited in the magazine pertains to the first novel metal-organic framework (MOF) to capture one ton of CO2 a day, which could ultimately lead to the mitigation of anthropogenic emissions in the global fight against climate change.

The International Speculator, in its November 25, 2021, issue, has upgraded VR Resources Ltd (TSX-V:VRR, OTCQB:VRRCF). (recently 28.5 cents) to 'buy' from 'hold, officially, buy up to 35 cents. The newsletter said buy three times between July 24, 2019, and January 25, 2021, at prices ranging from 13.5 cents to 30 cents. Assuming an investment of $1,000 for each of the three buys, the $3,000 holding is worth $4,003. The newsletter noted that last month, VR announced a rare earths find at its Hecla-Kilmer copper project after having found strong indicators of copper mineralization. The company plans to return this winter after running new tests on its old drill. Meanwhile, on November 9, VR said it has been granted its drill permit for the Amsel gold project in Nevada. VR has been waiting two years for this permit and drills should start turning in the next couple of months. The newsletter said it considers Amsel to be VR's most exciting target being near one of Nevada's largest gold mines, Round Mountain, and early indications are favourable.
