Pathfinder Ventures (TSX-V:RV) Inc said it has entered into an agreement with an arms-length party to acquire a 100% interest in a 1.9-acre property adjacent to its existing Pathfinder Camp Resort location in Agassiz, British Columbia (BC).
The company noted the total purchase price for the property is $750,000 cash, excluding closing costs.
“This property offers significant growth potential for our newly renovated Pathfinder Camp Resort in Agassiz, BC,” Pathfinder Ventures (TSX-V:RV) CEO Joe Bleackley said in a statement.

“We have the staffing and amenities in place, so we will plan to develop most of the 1.892 acres into additional (recreational vehicle) RV campsites offering full hook-up connections for our customers,” Bleackley added.
Pathfinder Ventures (TSX-V:RV) said the acquisition may provide the Pathfinder Camp Resorts' Agassiz location with up to 25 new RV sites.
The company added it will be seeking a land use application and approval from the District of Kent to rezone the 1.9-acre property and will be entering the required municipal process.
The sale is expected to close on March 24, 2022.
Pathfinder Ventures is developing a network of premier branded, upscale and family-friendly RV parks and campgrounds under the 'Pathfinder Camp Resorts' name.
The company currently has three camp resorts in BC and is focused on growing its network through both acquisitions and new construction.
