Sureserve Group PLC (AIM:SUR), the deliverer of sustainable social housing, public buildings, education, energy services, and industrial and commercial buildings, has appointed Sameet Vohra as interim chief financial officer (CFO) with immediate effect.
Vohra is experienced in the finance and commercial areas after holding various senior finance roles in the past at firms including Ted Baker, Science Group, and Spectris.
The company will continue searching for a permanent CFO, which is a non-board position, with an announcement due to be made following the future appointment.
The company’s compliance and energy services are delivered via some 2,489 staff across 22 UK offices.
