Empower Clinics Inc has said its Kai Medical Laboratory was the coronavirus (COVID-19) testing partner for the Gala Games Conference in Las Vegas.
Kai Labs was onsite at the conference, which was held from December 11 to 13, 2021, to provide screening and testing services, according to Empower.
Gala Games is one of the largest gaming events in the US, with thousands of participants taking part in onsite competitions.

Empower noted that Kai “meticulously” developed COVID-19 testing plans and comprehensive strategies like paperless registration and rigorous sanitizing procedures.
"As we continue to return to life in-person, testing and vaccinations will remain pillars of everyday life," Empower CEO Steven McAuley said in a statement.
"Our team is proud to assist a Las Vegas conference with reliable and convenient COVID-19 testing to safeguard their event. We're focused on leveraging our recently expanded lab facilities towards other potential event and enterprise contracts for COVID-19 testing and vaccinations," he added.
